Ep329: Declaration of IndependANTs

Today, the Kicking the Seat Podcast and Keeping it Reel's David Fowlie head into the quantum realm for a look at Ant-Man and the Wasp, which lands in theatres tomorrow. Ian was not a fan of the 2015 original (surprise, surprise), but he and David found this entry in the ever-expanding Marvel canon to be a (mostly) breezy antidote to the burdensome summer blockbuster. In this spoilerific chat, the guys break down the ways in which Peyton Reed's sequel alternately defines and defies comic-book-movie expectations; wonder aloud if the titular dynamic duo should return as headliners for a third outing; and argue the merits of star Evangeline Lily.

Also, Ian invites listeners to revisit Episode 107, in which he, Matt, and Graham turned their shrink ray on the first Ant-Man and predicted (hilariously, in hindsight) the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Episode 329 is impervious to Raid!
